Juanita Urban is a Certified Paralegal who joined the staff of Duffy Kekel LLP in
1998. She received her Paralegal Certificate from Edmonds College, Lynnfield, Washington in 1996 and has experience working in the areas of estate planning, estate and probate administration, and family law. Juanita’s primary focus is in the administration of probate estates and trusts, preparing federal estate tax and state inheritance tax returns, and working with conservatorships and guardianships. She is an active member of the Oregon Paralegal Association and is the current Probate Specialty Group Chairperson.
