Professional Experience

Chuck entered private practice in 1974 after five years with the Internal Revenue Service in Portland, Oregon as an estate and gift tax attorney. Before coming to Duffy Kekel LLP, Chuck practiced with the firm of Davis Wright Tremaine in Portland.

While most of his time is spent in the Portland office, Chuck also maintains an extensive practice in Eastern Oregon assisting agriculture and small business clients through an office in Baker City.
