Jacob Heth focuses his practice on real estate and corporate transactions. He has extensive experience in financing (equity and debt), joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. He was previously the Director of Legal Affairs for a $1.8 billion revenue public company and serves as corporate counsel to many regional companies.

Counsel to developer in $54 million acquisition and renovation financing for downtown city block, including tax credit investment, mezzanine debt, private equity and senior secured debt.
Counsel to beverage company in IRC §355 spin-off followed by sale to strategic buyer.
Counsel to target company in $14 million acquisition by strategic purchaser engaged in industry roll-up.
Reorganization of large NW family-owned business, including equity recapitalization, governance and affiliate restructuring, and related transfer tax planning.
Represent purchaser of multi-unit facilities in $150 million transaction.
Counsel to private equity investor in $60 million project.
Represent technology target in merger with public company.
Joint venture for $40 million real estate project.
Private equity counsel for promoters of wind energy projects covering over 80,000 acres.
