Teri Duffy joined Duffy Kekel LLP in 2006. Her work focuses primarily on preparing and maintaining minute and stock books and other company records for corporations and limited liability companies. Teri received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon in 1983. After college she worked for over fifteen years in the securities industry in the areas of legal compliance and administration. Teri has extensive experience producing and maintaining business entity records. She was formerly Senior Vice President in charge of compliance and administration at a Portland securities firm.
